Discover AKC Golden Retriever Puppies: Unveiling the Price & Beyond

As a rancher on a 40-acre grass-fed beef farm, it brings me great joy to share the beauty and gentle temperament of the golden retriever breed with families like yours. We believe in making our farm accessible to everyone, and that’s why our AKC Goldens are priced accordingly. So, if you’re looking to adopt your own beautiful Golden Retriever, you’ve come to the right place!

Our dogs aren’t just pets; they’re part of our family. They get to enjoy the vast pastures, cool off in the creek, and socialize with our four children. This level of interaction and love helps these friendly pups develop a fun-loving personality that you and your family will cherish. They truly make the perfect addition to any home.

Before we go any further, I want to be transparent about something. At this point, our parents haven’t undergone any health-related testings or x-rays. This means we don’t offer a health guarantee against any issues related to the elbows, hips, eyes, or heart for both the parents and puppies. However, we do ensure that your puppy has a great start in life. Each puppy will have their first vet visit, the first set of vaccinations, and the first dewormer to keep them happy and healthy.

When it comes to nutrition, we make sure our puppies are on the right track. By the time you bring your fur baby home, he or she will be eating dry kibble Large Breed Puppy food and will be fully weaned. Additionally, your puppy will come with AKC registration papers, so you’ll have proof of their pedigree.

Now, I know that some of you might be interested in breeding your Golden Retriever in the future. If that’s the case, we offer breeding rights for an additional charge. You can choose to exercise this option when you adopt your puppy, and we will provide you with all the necessary details.

Speaking of adoption, we want to ensure that you have a smooth and personalized experience when choosing your new fur pet family member. Unlike most breeders, we believe that each puppy has a precious and unique personality, so it’s important for you to have time to interact with them in person.

When the puppies are ready to be picked up at 8 weeks old, we will schedule 1-hour appointments for families in the order they have placed their deposit. During this time, you can play and interact with the puppies as much as you’d like. You can choose your puppy and take them home on the same day. Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable and only guarantee the gender of your choice, not a specific pre-chosen puppy.

Now let’s talk about delivery options. We understand that not everyone can come to our farm to pick up their new furry friend. While we don’t ship puppies, we are more than willing to meet you at the Lansing or Grand Rapids, Michigan airport for a delivery charge of $150. This means you or a flight nanny will need to meet us outside of the airport for the puppy pickup. If you have any questions or would like to explore this option further, please feel free to reach out to us.

For those of you who live farther away or can’t arrange a flight nanny, we are happy to provide a flight nanny service for you. The cost of this service is $1,500, which is in addition to the puppy’s cost. Rest assured, your puppy will be accompanied by a personal escort, either ourselves or someone we personally know and trust, on their journey. The flight nanny will ensure that your puppy receives special attention and a smooth transition from our farm to your arms. The cost of the nanny’s roundtrip airfare from our local airport to your own, up to $125 in airline puppy charges, and the $150 airport delivery fee are all included in the service. If there are any additional charges or if roundtrip airfare exceeds $800, there may be an extra fee to cover the overage. The flight nanny fee must be paid ahead for scheduling purposes.

At Devon Valley Farms, we also understand that some of you may be interested in breeding your Golden Retriever in the future. We do allow for breeding rights, and they can be included with your puppy purchase for an additional charge. Our AKC-registered stud dog, Rogan, has a third-generation pedigree of conditional lineage with a DNA profile on file with AKC. This means that if you decide to breed your pup, their “conditional” status can be converted to “standard” upon your submitted AKC DNA test.

In conclusion, my goal here at Devon Valley Farms is to share the love and joy of Golden Retrievers with you. Our AKC Goldens are priced to make them accessible to as many families as possible. Whether you’re looking for a new best friend or potential breeding opportunities, you’ll find just what you’re looking for at our farm. So why wait?
