That’s why we have invested in gaining clearances such as OFA and/or Penn Hip for hip evaluations, OFA elbow evaluations, eye clearances, and heart clearances. We also conduct genetic testing on each dog to make informed breeding decisions and increase the chances of producing puppies with excellent health.

Of course, while health is paramount to us, we also prioritize the temperament of our Golden Retrievers. We also ensure that they are wormed and provide a 1-year health guarantee for your peace of mind. To help them settle into their new homes, we send a blanket with the scent of their mother and all the appropriate NYS paperwork. You’ll also receive copies of the parents’ health clearances.

If you’re interested in bringing home one of our adorable puppies, we ask that you fill out an adoption application. This allows us to get to know you and your family better, ensuring that we make the best match possible. Once your application is accepted, you have the opportunity to place your name on our waiting list for a small fee. This guarantees that you’ll receive a courtesy call when a litter of your preferred color, gender, or combination becomes available. You can then place a deposit to secure your chosen puppy.

We understand that choosing a puppy is an exciting and important decision, which is why we keep you informed every step of the way. Once a new litter is born and determined to be healthy, we open them up for deposit. We prioritize families on our waiting list, followed by those with pre-approved applications. We choose puppies at 5 weeks of age based on the order in which deposits were placed.

At 5 weeks of age, we welcome adopting families to our farm so they can visit and choose their soon-to-be furry family member. Puppies are chosen in the order that deposits were placed, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.

Finally, at 8 weeks of age and after a thorough veterinary examination, our puppies are ready to unite with their forever families. We believe in responsible breeding practices and, as such, all AKC registrations are limited unless breeding rights are granted.
